Adi Yehezkiel-Yaffe covers the corporate and real-estate side of CIDAH's work: ownership chains, holding structures, disclosure history and the property record. Her contribution is reading a structure the way the people who built it read it, and identifying where the public record and the actual arrangement diverge.
Her domain expertise spans corporate governance, securities offerings and ongoing disclosure, including the reporting environment of the Israel Securities Authority and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, together with commercial and financing agreements. On the property side it covers commercial and private transactions, leases, construction projects and urban-renewal matters.
Her career includes partnership at a leading Israeli firm (2023–2026), at Balter Guth Aloni | Ne'eman Keynan (2020–2023) and at a Top-25 Israeli firm, following earlier years at N|T|K & Co. She holds an LL.B. and a B.A. in Business Administration from Reichman University.
